HONG KONG, Jan 21, 2013 - (ACN Newswire) - The Quamnet Outstanding Enterprise Awards is organized by Quamnet and is now in its 4th year, in which a growing number of Hong Kong's outstanding companies have been identified and acknowledged in their respective areas. The presentation ceremony was held on January 18 at The American Club, 49th floor, Two Exchange Square, Central. As the awards are well recognized and supported by the Hong Kong business community and the media, notable participants were present at the awards ceremony.

About the "Quamnet Outstanding Enterprise Awards"

The Quamnet Outstanding Enterprise Awards began in 2009, and are conferred annually on Hong Kong's leading enterprises across a range of categories designed to encourage improvement and excellence of enterprises in Hong Kong. In the past three years, a growing number of outstanding companies have been identified and acknowledged. Award categories include, Asset Management Services, Investment Services, Banking Services, Credit Services, Personal Financial Services, Insurance Consultant, Financial Trading Platforms, Cord Blood Bank, Property Management, Property Investment Consultant, MPF Services/MPF Scheme, Investor Relations, Customer Service, Internationalization Services, Research & Development, China/HK and Cross Border Financial Products, and more.

The Outstanding Enterprise Awards encouraged Hong Kong and overseas companies with subsidiaries in HK to apply for nomination. Companies with excellence in their respective areas were nominated by the Quamnet editorial team, Quam Research, and independent financial analysts. Upon nomination Quamnet invited short-listed companies to complete and submit an application form followed by an evaluation form covering the company's basic information. The Self-Evaluation Report provided information pertaining to a cross-section of business criteria that enable the Judging Committee to evaluate the company's excellence in six major areas, namely their philosophy of operation, products & services, social responsibility, governance objectives, and performance within the period as well as sustainable development strategy.

The 4th Presentation Ceremony of the "Quamnet Outstanding Enterprise Awards"

The Presentation Ceremony was held on January 18 at The American Club, Central. The award winners and numerous notable participants were present at this grand event. To make it an even more successful evening, Quamnet has also received special awards worth almost HK$100,000 from Star Cruises. The award winning companies received 2-day, 1-night integrated resort cruise holidays from Hong Kong to the South China Sea in Deluxe Stateroom with window oceanview for 2 persons (Star Pisces). There was a lucky draw that evening for 4-day, 3-night cruise holiday from Penang to Phuket and Krabi in an Oceanview Stateroom with window for 2 persons (SuperStar Libra).
